Abstract

Makna bentuk analisis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis
pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Motivasi kerja Terhadap
Kepuasan Kerja Di MA. Darul Ulum Waru. Bentuk nilai sampel
berjumlah 64 dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh dan non
probability sampling. melihat dari hasilnya terdapat pengaruh
negatif dan sig. antara Kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kepuasan
Kerja. motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh secara parsial terhadap
kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual dan motivasi
kerja terdapat pengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja
dengan ditunjukkan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05.
Kata kunci : Kecerdasan Spritual, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja
