Abstract

Perawatan pada mesin merupakan suatu aktivitas yang diperlukan untuk menjaga
agar sistem atau peralatan selalu dalam kondisi baik pada saat akan digunakan. Tujuan dari
maintanance yaitu untuk menjaga setiap komponen yang ada pada mesin dapat terpelihara
dengan baik dan dapat meminimalisir biaya atau kerugian yang ditimbulkan akibat
downtime yang panjang. Metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) merupakan
metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan perencanaan interval waktu perawatan yang
mengarah pada kemampuan suatu mesin agar beroperasi sesuai dengan fungsinya.
Hasil analisa FMEA yang dilakukan, terdapat 3 komponen mesin pada line
produksi yaitu forming paper dengan nilai RPN 84,588 , curling dengan nilai RPN 83,6 ,
flanging dengan nilai RPN 80,496. Hasil perhitungan melalui distribusi exponensial untuk
interval waktu perawatan pada 3 komponen tersebut yaitu Forming Paper sebesar 0,407
jam, Curling sebesar 0,457 jam, Flanging sebesar 0,435 jam. hasil reliability ketiga
komponen yaitu Forming Paper sebesar 1,42 , Curling sebesar 5,21 , Flanging sebesar
4,98. Berdasarkan analisa resiko yang dilakukan terhadap kemungkinan resiko mendapat
hasil bahwa tingkat resiko pada 3 komponen masuk pada tingkat resiko medium atau
menengah. Metode perawatan yang digunakan berupa visual check dan perencanaan
preventive maintenance.

Maintenance on the machine is an activity that is needed to keep the system or
equipment always in good condition when it will be used. The purpose of maintenance is
to keep every component on the machine well maintained and can minimize costs or losses
incurred due to long downtime. The RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method is a
method used to determine the planning of maintenance time intervals that lead to the ability
of a machine to operate according to its function.

the production line, namely forming paper with an RPN value of 84.588, curling with an
RPN value of 83.6, flanging with an RPN value of 80.496. The results of calculations
through exponential distribution for maintenance time intervals on the 3 components are
Forming Paper of 0.407 hours, Curling of 0.457 hours, Flanging of 0.435 hours. the results
of the reliability of the three components are Forming Paper of 1.42, Curling of 5.21,
Flanging of 4.98. Based on the risk analysis carried out on the possibility of risk, the results
show that the level of risk on 3 components is at a medium or medium risk level. The
