ANALISA FORECASTING PRODUK CAT MINYAK UNTUK MENGETAHUI KEBUTUHAN PRODUK PT. SADAYA UTAMA BANGUN SEMESTA

Pentingnya manajemen dalam perusahaan yang dimana memudahkan untuk mengelola persediaan produk. Memeriksa dan menghitung barang langsung digudang sangat memakan waktu. Untuk menganalisa persediaan stok produk cat tipe Jota (Jota TC, Jota QD, Jotafloor). Penelitian ini mengambil data dari bulan Januari 2022 sampai Juni 2023 mengunakan metode Single Moving Average menggunakan rumus periode 2 bulan, 3 bulan, dan 4 bulan, dan Exponential Smoothing menggunakan rumus nilai a sama dengan 0,2, 0,5, dan 0,9. Untuk menentukan error terkecil menggunakan MFE, MAD, MSE, dan MAPE. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk Jota TC, Jota QD, Jotafloor menggunakan metode Single Moving Average 2 bulan memiliki error terkecil. Jota TC memiliki MFE -0,18, MAD 0,76 = 1, MSE 2,6 = 3, MAPE 0,191 = 19,1%. Jota QD
memiliki MFE -0,12, MAD 0,76 = 1, MSE 1, MAPE 0,085 = 8,5%. Jotafloor memiliki MFE –0,06, MAD 0,62 = 1, MSE 0,56 = 1, MAPE 0,07 = 7%.

The importance of management in a company which makes it easy to manage product inventory. Checking and counting goods directly in the warehouse is very time consuming. To analyze the stock inventory of Jota type paint products (Jota TC, Jota QD, Jotafloor). This study takes data form January 2022 to June 2023 using the Single Moving Average method using the formula for periods of 2 months, 3 months, and 4 months, and Exponential Smoothing using formula for
the value of a equal to 0,2, 0,5, and 0,09. To determine the smallest error using MFE, MAD, MSE, and MAPE. The results showed that Jota TC, Jota QD,Jotafloor products using the 2 months Single Moving Average method had the smallest error. Jota TC has MFE -0,018, MAD 0,76 = 1, MSE 2,6 = 3, MAPE
0,191 = 19,1%. Jota QD has MFE -0,12, MAD 0,76 = 1, MSE 1, MAPE 0,085 = 8,5%. Jotafloor has MFE -0,06, MAD 0,62 = 1, MSE 0,56 = 1, MAPE 0,07 = 7%.
