PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR INDUSTRI MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2018-2021

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan antara tahun 2018 dan 2021 di perusahaan industri yang terlisting di BEI subsektor makanan dan minuman guna mengetahuii efek struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Dalam penelitian ini, 22 perusahaan memakai purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 15 sampel penelitian. Pencarian data sekunder dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, teknik analisis data yang dipakai meliputi uji hipotesis klasik, koefisien determinasi
(R2), uji hipotesis dan anallisis regresi linier berganda. Studi ini menjelaskan bahwa meskipun struktur modal tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh. Uji F memperlihatkan bahwa strukutr modl dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh secara bersamaan.

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted of IDX-listed manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector from 2018 to 2021 to ascertain how the size of the company and its financial structure affect its profitability. In this study, 22 companies used a targeted sampling technique resulting in 15 survey samples. Secondary data collection was used in this study. Using quantitative methodologies, data analysis techniques such as classical hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing, and multiple regression analysis are used. The study explains that capital
structure does not affect profitability, but company size does. F-test results show thta firm size and capital structure have a simultaneous effect .
