Penilaian autentik merupakan salah satu penilaian yang tepat diterapkan dalam PJBL. Kemajuan zaman semakin modern penerapan PJBL untuk keterampilan berbicara. Maka, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mendapatkan data tentang penerapan penilaian otentik PJBL untuk keterampilan berbicara menggunakan digital storytelling. Di SMAN 1 Dawarblandong guru mengukur kemampuan siswanya dalam PJBL menggunakan digital storytelling yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan penilaian autentik ini. Banyak siswa kelas XI yang masih mengalami kekurangan dalam pengucapan, kelancaran, pembuatan video yang kurang menarik, yang kesemuanya dapat diukur dengan menggunakan penilaian autentik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah dalam PJBL menggunakan digital storytelling dan penerapan penilaian autentik pada PJBL menggunakan digital storytelling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Dawarblandong sebanyak 2 orang guru. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, guru harus berwawasan luas dan kreatif serta inovatif dan selalu update mengenai penilaian yang cocok untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran yang akan diajarkan. Hasil observasi siswa dan guru mengungkapkan penilaian autentik guru bahasa Inggris menerapkan penilaian autentik guru bahasa Inggris menerapkan penilaian autentik: menentukan indikator penilaian, memantau Instagram siswa yang telah menandai guru untuk penilaian, memberikan penilaian, mengevaluasi hasil penilaian.

Authentic assessment is one of the appropriate assessments to be applied in PJBL. The progress of the times is getting more modern for the application of PJBL for speaking skills. So, the researcher conducted research to obtain data about applying authentic assessment of PJBL for speaking skills using digital storytelling. In SMAN 1 Dawarblandong teachers measure their students' ability in PJBL using digital storytelling obtained by using this authentic assessment. Many students in class XI still experience a lack of pronunciation, fluency, making videos that are less interesting, all of which can be measured using authentic assessment. The purpose of this research is to find out the steps in PJBL using digital storytelling and the application of authentic assessment for PJBL using digital storytelling. This study used qualitative data and analyzed using qualitative techniques. The subjects of this study were 2 teachers, class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Dawarblandong. To overcome this problem, teachers must be broad-minded and creative as well as innovative and always update regarding assessments that are suitable for application in the learning to be taught. The results of student and teacher observations revealed the authentic assessment the English teachers applied English teacher applied authentic assessment: determine the assessment indicators, monitor the Instagram of students who have tagged the teacher for assessment, provide an assessment, evaluate the results of the assessment.
