Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian
probiotik EM-4 pada klekap dengan dosis yang berbeda sebagai pakan alami terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan bandeng (Chanos sp). Ikan uji adalah Benih Bandeng (Chanos sp) berukuran panjang 2 cm dengan berat 2 gr berasal dari penampung pembudidayaan benih bandeng Desa Mengarih Kec. Manyar Kab. Gresik, ditebar secara acak ke dalam 12 kolam dengan kepadatan ikan 30 ekor/kolam dan diujicobakan selama 30 hari.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah perbedaan dosis probiotik
yang ditambahkan yaitu yang terdiri dari perlakuan tanpa penambahan probiotik, perlakuan dengan penambahan probiotik sebanyak 15 ml/L, 25 ml/L, 35 ml/L. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam (ANOVA)dengan taraf (P<0,05). Parameter uji meliputi laju pertumbuhan berat mutlak
(LPBM), pertumbuhan panjang mutlak (PPM), dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup (SR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan alami yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap LPBM, PPM, dan SR. Nilai terbaik untuk LPBM (5,73±0,14 gram), PPM (10,33±0,04 mm). Rataan
SR selama percobaan berkisar 88,75%.

The study aimed to determine the effect of EM-4 probiotics on milkfish with different doses as natural feed on the growth and survival of milkfish fry (Chanos sp). The test fish were milkfish fry (Chanos sp)measuring 2 cm in length and weighing 2 g from a milkfish seed farming container in Mengarih village, Manyar sub-district, Gresik district, randomly stocked into 12 ponds with a fish density of 30 fish/pond and tested for 30 days. This study used a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and
3 replicates. The treatments given were different doses of probiotics added, consisting of treatments without the addition of probiotics, treatments with the addition of probiotics as much as 15 ml/L, 25 ml/L, 35 ml/L. Data were
analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the level of (P<0.05). Test parameters included absolute weight growth rate (LPBM), absolute length growth (PPM), and survival rate (SR). The results showed that different natural feeding had a significant effect (P<0.05) on LPBM, PPM, and SR. The best value for LPBM (5.73±0.14gram), PPM (10.33±0.04 mm). The
average SR during the experiment was around 88.75%.
