Abstract
Pengembangan sumber makanan lain selain padi diperlukan untuk mencapai kemandirian pangan. Tanaman kentang hitam dapat digunakan sebagai sumber alternatif untuk dikembangkan. Kentang hitam memiliki kandungan karbohidrat yang tinggi, mengandung antiploriferasi golongan oleanolic acid dan triterpenic acid. Salah satu usaha untuk menunjang peningkatan produksi kentang hitam adalah melalui teknik budidaya dengan pemberian pupuk hayati mikoriza dan penambahan arang sekam pada media tanam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk hayati mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil panen kentang hitam dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan yaitu P1 (15 gr), P2 (20 gr), P3 (25 gr), P4 (30 gr). Parameter yang di amati adalah pertumbuhan (tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun) dan hasil panen (jumlah umbi dan berat umbi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan P4 (30 gr mikoriza) dengan media tanam campuran arang sekam memberikan hasil terbaik pada pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman sepanjang (27,05 cm) dan jumlah daun sebanyak (146,25 helai) dan hasil panen jumlah umbi sebanyak (2,5 buah) dan berat basah umbi sebesar (0,95 gr).

The development of other food sources besides rice is necessary to achieve food self-sufficiency. Black potato plants can be used as an alternative source to be developed. One of the efforts to support the increase in black potato production is through cultivation techniques by applying mycorrhizal biofertilizers and adding husk charcoal to the planting media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mycorrhizal biofertilizer on the growth and yield of black potatoes with different concentrations. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications. Each treatment is P1 (15 gr), P2 (20 gr), P3 (25 gr), P4 (30 gr). The parameters observed were growth (plant height and number of leaves) and yield (number of tubers and tuber weight). The results showed that the treatment of P4 (30 gr of mycorrhiza) with a mixture of planting media of husk charcoal gave the best results in plant height growth along (27.05 cm) and the number of leaves as many as (146.25 strands) and the yield of the number of tubers as many as (2.5 pieces) and the wet weight of tubers amounting to (0.95 gr).
