Abstract

ABSTRAK
Kurangnya kelincahan pada pemaiin SSB PS Putra Ujungpangkah Gresik menyebabkan Keseimbangan dan penguasaan bola kurang maksimal, sehingga bola mudah direbut oleh lawan. Latihan T- Sprint di harapkan dapat meningkatkan kelincahan sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan Pengaruh Latihan Variasi Ladder Drill Icky Shuffle dan Two Foot Lateral Hoop terhadap Kelincahan Pemain Sepak Bola Usia Dini PS Putra Ujungpangkah Gresik.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design, Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemain SSB PS Putra Ujugpangkah Gresik. Sebanyak 18 orang dimasukkan dalam dua grup untuk diberikan treatmen. Grup pertama diberikan treatmen Ladder Drills Icky Shuffle dan grup kedua diberikan treatmen Two foot Lateral Hoop. Latihan yang diberikan dalam seminngu 2 kali selama 12 pertemuan selanjutnya diambil data posttest T-Sprint yang kemudian di olah dengan uji Hipotesi T-Test menggunakan SPSS versi 26.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan diatas, disimpulkan sebagai berikut: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil kelompok Icky Shuffle dan Two Foot Lateral Hoop terhadap hasil peningkatan kelincahan anak SSB PS PUTRA UJUNGPANGKAH GRESIK. Hasil tersebut ditunjukkan dengan hasil data yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 26 nilai p-value pada kelompok Icky Shuffle sebesar 0,000 dan kelompok Two Foot Lateral Hoop sebesar 0,002. Jika dibandingkan alpha, nilai tersebut lebih kecil (0,000<0,05)yang menyatakan Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima. Hal ini menandakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok Icky Shuffle dan kelompok Two Foot Lateral Hoop. Tetapi dari hasil nilai sig 2-two tailled kelompok Two Foot Lateral Hoop hasilnya lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok Icky Shuffle, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Two Foot Lateral Hoop lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kelincahan pemain sepakbola usia dini 11-14 tahun.

ABSTRACT
Lack of agility in SSB PS Putra Ujungpangkah Gresik players causes balance and ball control to be less than optimal, so the ball is easily snatched by the opponent. The T-Sprint exercise is expected to increase agility so that in this study it aims to prove the effect of the Icky Shuffle and Two Foot Lateral Hoop Ladder Drill Variations on the Agility of Early Age Soccer Players in PS Putra Ujungpangkah Gresik.
This research method used the Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The subject of this research was the SSB PS Putra Ujugpangkah Gresik players. A total of 18 people were included in two groups to be given treatment. The first group was given the Ladder Drills Icky Shuffle treatment and the second group was given the Two foot Lateral Hoop treatment. The exercises are given 2 times a week for 12 meetings, then the T-Sprint posttest data is taken which is then processed by the T-Test Hypothesis test using SPSS version 26.
Based on the results of the research and data processing that has been done above, it can be concluded as follows: there is a significant effect on the results of the Icky Shuffle and Two Foot Lateral Hoop groups on the results of increasing the agility of the children of SSB PS PUTRA UJUNGPANGKAH GRESIK. These results are shown by the results of data processed using SPSS 26 p-value in the Icky Shuffle group of 0.000 and the Two Foot Lateral Hoop group of 0.002. When compared to alpha, this value is smaller (0.000 <0.05) which states that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant difference between the Icky Shuffle group and the Two Foot Lateral Hoop group. But from the results of the sig 2-two tailed value of the Two Foot Lateral Hoop group the results were better than the Icky Shuffle group, so it can be concluded that the Two Foot Lateral Hoop is more effective for increasing the agility of early football players aged 11-14 years.
