Abstract

ABSTRAK
Pesatnya pertumbuhan bisnis retail menyebabkan persaingan semakin ketat, yang secara tidak langsung mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mengubah strategi dan pola bisnisnya ke arah yang lebih efisien. Balanced Scorecard merupakan suatu sistem manajemen kinerja yang dapat membantu organisasi untuk menerjemahkan visi dan strategi ke dalam aksi dengan memanfaatkan beberapa indikator finansial dan non finansial melalui mekanisme hubungan sebab akibat (cause and effect), dengan demikian, Balanced Scorecard adalah alat menajemen untuk menjaga keseimbangan. Aspek pada Balanced Scorecard yang meliputi : Perspektif Keuangan, Perspektif Pelanggan, Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal, & Perspektif Pembelajaran Dan Pertumbuhan. Oleh karena itu pengukuran kinerja dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana visi dan misi perusahaan diwujudkan dalam kinerja unit bisnis retail, dengan menggunakan metode yang mengevaluasi hasil keberhasilan yang dicapai melalui penerapan strategi yang telah ditetapkan.

ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of the retail business has led to increasingly tight competition, which indirectly requires companies to change their strategies and business patterns towards a more efficient direction. Balanced Scorecard is a performance management system that can help organizations translate vision and strategy into action by utilizing several financial and non-financial indicators through a cause and effect mechanism, thus, Balanced Scorecard is a management tool to maintain balance. Aspects of the Balanced Scorecard include: Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective, & Learning and Growth Perspective. Therefore, performance measurement is carried out to evaluate the extent to which the company's vision and mission are realized in the performance of the retail business unit, using a method that evaluates the results of success achieved through the implementation of established strategies.
