Abstract

A B S T R A K

Penelitian bisnis Macroni Schootel dan memiliki Sertifikat Merek (HKI). Mempertahankan customer menjadi loyal customer. Hasil penelitian bertujuan mengetahui kandungan gizi, kesesuaian nilai gizi, dan peningkatan daya beli loyal customer dengan 7variabel terkait. Manfaat penelitian ini ditujukan kepada Prodi PVKK dengan mengaplikasikan ilmu gizi produk makanan sehat, kepada pengusaha dengan penciptaan brand image dan kepercayaan konsumen loyal dalam jangka panjang dan kepada konsumen tentang pentingnya kandungan nilai gizi. Pendekatan Kuantitatif Deskriptif, dan metode IPA dengan menanyakan hubungan dua variabel berfungsi menjelaskan, memprediksi dan mengontrol dengan menggunakan angka dan data yang terukur dan memberikan referensi. Total populasi 61, mengambil data dengan wawancara kepada customer, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mewujudkan deskripsi kandungan gizi, data hasil responden, dan data peningkatan daya beli loyal customer. Saran, perlunya keilmuan nilai gizi pada mata kuliah lebih ditingkatkan, pencantuman label sebagai identitas dan pencantuman nilai gizi produk macroni schootel.

A B S T R A C T
Research concerns this business is Macroni Schootel which is still running and has a Brand Certificate (HKI). The results of the study aimed to determine nutritional content, suitability of nutritional value, and increase in purchasing power of loyal customers in terms of brand image, product quality, service quality, customer value, emotional factors, price perceptions, and customer satisfaction on nutritional expectations of loyal customers. The benefits of this research are aimed at the PVKK Study Program by applying the nutrition of healthy food products, to entrepreneurs by creating a brand image and loyal consumer trust in the long term and to consumers about the importance of nutritional value content. Descriptive Quantitative Approach, and the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method by asking the relationship of two variables (Independent Variable and Dependent Variable) serves to explain, predict and control using numbers and data, which are measured and provide references. With a total population of 61, using purposive sampling. Get data from interview a customer, observation, and documentation. The results of the research make a description from nutritional content, data on the results of respondents, and data on increasing the purchasing power of loyal customers. Suggestions stated that macroni schootel products are preferred and will increase the scale of purchasing macroni schootel products. Suggestions, the need for scientific nutritional value in courses to be further enhanced, labeling as identity and inclusion of the nutritional value of macroni schootel products.
