Abstract

ABSTRAK
Manajemen sumber daya manusia perlu dilaksanakan dengan baik, jika ingin mencapai efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam organisasi di perusahaan. Jika manajemen sumber daya manusia tidak dikelola dengan baik maka akan menimbulkan permasalahan yang dapat merugikan perusahaan yaitu turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tekanan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention PT. Inti Dari Rejeki Sidoarjo.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Inti Dari Rejeki Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 71 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 71 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS Version 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan employee engagement secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan dalam pengujian secara simultan terbukti bahwa tekanan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

ABSTRACT
Human resource management needs to be implemented properly, if you want to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in organizations in companies. If human resource management is not managed properly, it will cause problems that can harm the company, namely turnover intention. This study aims to determine the effect of work pressure, work environment, and employee engagement on the turnover intention of PT. Inti Dari Rejeki Sidoarjo.
The population in this study were all employees of PT. Inti Dari Rejeki Sidoarjo, totaling 71 employees. The samples used were 71 employees with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation was then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS Version 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that work pressure, work environment, and employee engagement partially have a positive and significant effect. Whereas in simultaneous testing it is proven that work pressure, work environment, and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
