Studi Penggunaan Obat Antihipertensi Pada Pasien Hipertensi Di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya - A.Yani

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang menyebabkan kematian, untuk itu diperlukan penatalaksanaan terapi yang tepat agar tekanan darah dapat terkontrol yaitu < 140/90 mmHg. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana studi penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya - A. Yani. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian observasional dengan rancangan penelitian secara deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif berdasarkan catatan medis pada pasien hipertensi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi pada bulan Februari-Mei 2023. Penggunaan obat antihipertensi dapat berupa pemakaian tunggal maupun kombinasi, golongan obat antihipertensi pemakaian tunggal yang paling banyak digunakan adalah amlodipine, pemakaian kombinasi yang paling banyak adalah candesartan+adalat oros+bisoprolol, Dosis dan frekuensi pemberian obat antihipertensi sudah optimal, Lama pemakaian obat antihipertensi paling banyak yaitu > 3 bulan, Interaksi penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang mungkin terjadi bersifat moderate lebih besar dari pada penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang bersifat minor, maupun mayor tetapi pada pasien ini belum tentu terjadi interaksi karena keterbatasan data rekam medis, Untuk ketepatan pemilihan obat didapatkan seluruh pasien tepat obat.

Hypertension is a degenerative disease that causes death, therefore appropriate management of therapy is needed so that blood pressure can be controlled, namely <140/90 mmHg. This study aims to find out how the study of the use of antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive outpatients at Surabaya Islamic Hospital - A. Yani. This type of research is observational research with a descriptive research design. Data collection was carried out retrospectively based on medical records in hypertensive patients. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria in February-May 2023. The use of antihypertensive drugs can be in the form of single or combined use, the most widely used single-use antihypertensive drug class is amlodipine, the most used combination is candesartan+adalat oros+bisoprolol, the dose and frequency of antihypertensive drug administration is optimal, the longest duration of antihypertensive drug use is > 3 months, the possible interactions of antihypertensive drugs that may occur are moderate greater than the use of antihypertensive drugs which are minor, or major but in this patient interaction does not necessarily occur due to limited medical record data. For the accuracy of drug selection, all patients get the right drug.
