Pengaruh Latihan Memukul Bola Digantung Terhadap Ketepatan Smash Bola Voli Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri

Kata Kunci: Latihan, Memukul, Ketepatan. Smash, Bola digantung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan memukul bola digantung terhadap ketepatan smash pada pemain bola voli putri.

Penelitian menggunakan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah medote tes dan latihan, yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan dan daya tahan pemain bola voli putri, penelitian ini masuk dalam bentuk one grup pretest- posttest desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain bola voli putri Hans club yang berjumlah 10 orang. Kemudian sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling teknik dimana pengambilan sampel jumlah sempel sama dengan populasi yang berjumlah 10 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Instrumen yang digunakan adalah latihan memukul bola digantung terhadap ketepatan smash.

Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa diketahui bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) pada kelompok eksperimen yaitu sebesar 0.000, jadi nilai sig. (2-tailed) pada kelompok esksperimen <0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil pretest dan posttest terhadap hasil peningkatan ketepatan smash bola voli pada pemain bola voli putri. Hasil tersebut ditunjukkan dengan hasil data yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 21 sebagai berikut: nilai sig (2-tailed) pada kelompok eksperimen yaitu sebesar 0.000, jadi nilai sig. (2-tailed) pada kelompok eksperimen <0.05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa latihan memukul bola digantung terhadap ketepatan smash bola voli pada pemain bola voli putri terdapat peningkatan.

This study aims to determine the effect of hanging ball hitting practice on smash accuracy in female volleyball players.

Research using the method used in this study is the method of tests and exercises, namely to determine the improvement and endurance of women's volleyball players, this research is included in the form of one group pretest -posttest design. The population in this study were 10 Hans club female volleyball players. Then the sample uses a total sampling technique where the number of samples taken is the same as the population of 10 players. The instrument used is the instrument used is the practice of hitting the ball depending on the accuracy of the smash.

The results of the analysis show that it is known that the sig (2-tailed) value in the experimental group is 0.000, so the sig. (2-tailed) in the experimental group <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on the results of the pretest and posttest on the results of increasing the accuracy of the volleyball smash on female volleyball players. These results are shown by the results of data processed using SPSS 21 as follows: sig. (2-tailed) in the experimental group which is equal to 0.000, so the sig. (2-tailed) in the experimental group <0.05, it can be stated that the practice of hitting the ball depends on the accuracy of the volleyball smash on female volleyball players there is an increase.
