Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran
membayar PKB dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran
pajak kendaraan bermotor studi kasus pada kantor bersama SAMSAT Daerah
Sidoarjo. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang
melakukan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor (PKB) daerah Sidoarjo di
Drive thru pada Kantor SAMSAT Sidoarjo sejumlah 114 responden dengan
menggunakan purposive sampling.
Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa kesadaran membayar PKB
berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,040, dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,00
terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor pada kantor
bersama SAMSAT Daerah Sidoarjo.
