Pembelajaran melukis flora apel dengan teknik aquarel yang
dilakukan di SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya, dilakukan oleh peneliti
dengan menggunakan model problem based learning. Melukis dengan
teknik aquarel merupakan melukis dengan menggunkan cat air dengan
media kuas di atas kertas yang menghasilkan karya yang transparan,
sedangkan problem based learning (PBL) merupakan model
pembelajaran yang dalam prosesnya peserta didik dihadapkan ke
dalam suatu permasalahan nyata yang pernah dialami oleh peserta
didik. Peneliti ini menggunakan model problem based learning guna
untuk meningkatkan hasil melukis flora apel dengan Teknik aquarel
siswa SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif . Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan tes
praktek. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji
homogenitas. Setelah itu dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan
korelasi untuk membandingkan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan
model problem based learning. Hasil penelitian menggunakan
perhitungan korelasi diperoleh rxy 0,563 yang menunjukkan
hubungan sedang. Bahwasannya model ini mampu meningkatkan
hasil belajar melukis flora apel dengan teknik aquarel.

Learning to paint apple flora using the aquarel technique
which was carried out at SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya, was carried
out by researchers using a problem based learning model. Painting
using the aquarel technique is painting using watercolor with a brush
on paper which produces transparent work, while problem based
learning (PBL) is a learning model in which students are faced with
real problems that have been experienced by students. This researcher
used a problem based learning model to improve the results of
painting apple flora using the aquarel technique for Hang Tuah 4
High School students in Surabaya. This type of research uses a
quantitative approach. Data collection by carrying out practical tests.
Data analysis techniques use normality tests and homogeneity tests.
After that, a hypothesis test was carried out using correlation to
compare before and after using the problem based learning model.
The results of the research using correlation calculations obtained rxy
0.563 which indicates a moderate relationship. In fact, this model is
able to improve the learning outcomes of painting apple flora using
the aquarel technique.
